CONTENT POLICY

CINEGORE is a horror studio. Graphic horror — gore, body horror, monsters, violence, dread, the grotesque — is the point, and adults are free to explore their dark side here. That freedom has hard edges. The rules below are enforced automatically by the platform, on every generator, and they are not negotiable.

Never allowed

• Anything involving minors beyond ordinary depiction. Images of children as normal characters are fine. Any sexualization, nudity, harm, gore, torture, or death involving anyone under 18 — real, fictional, or AI-generated — is prohibited. U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. §1466A) applies to AI-generated content; "it isn't a real child" is not a defense, and neither is it here. Attempts are blocked, logged, and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
• Sexual violence and non-consent. No rape, molestation, or assault content of any kind, involving anyone.
• Animal cruelty. No animal torture and no sexual content involving animals (18 U.S.C. §48 territory).
• Intimate imagery of real people without consent. Do not use the editing or face tools to undress, sexualize, or fabricate intimate images of any real person. This is a federal crime under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025).
• Real people in violent or gore content without consent. Do not put a recognizable real person's face or likeness into gore, torture, or death imagery unless that person has consented (you, or a friend who's in on it, playing the victim in your horror short is fine). Depicting a real person who hasn't agreed to it as mutilated or dead can be defamation or harassment, and it gets your account banned here.
• Explicit sexual content. Not permitted for any account, no exceptions. Artistic nudity is allowed; sex acts are not.
• Eroticized torture or snuff. Sexual content fused with torture or mutilation is never permitted. Horror, blood, and gore are welcome on their own, as long as none of it is sexualized.

You must be 18+

This is an adults-only studio. By registering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to this policy. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

Allowed

• Graphic horror, gore, and violence involving adults and creatures.
• Dark, disturbing, and taboo horror themes.
• Artistic and non-sexual nudity of adults.

Enforcement

Every prompt passes through a server-side safety filter before any image or video is generated. Blocked attempts in the illegal categories are logged with the account and network address. Repeated attempts lock the account automatically. The site owner may, at sole discretion and without refund: revoke access or subscriptions, revoke extended-access grants, ban accounts, and block network locations. Where the law requires it, logs are preserved and reports are filed.

If you find content on this service that violates this policy — especially any intimate image of you published without your consent — email cinegorestudio@gmail.com with a link or description. Nonconsensual intimate imagery is removed within 48 hours of a valid request; everything else is reviewed promptly.
