PRIVACY POLICY
CINEGORE · effective July 28, 2026
This page explains what CINEGORE collects when you use the studio, why, and how to get it deleted. This is a small, independently-run studio — we don't sell your data and we don't run ad trackers.
What we collect
- Account info. The email address and username you register with, or the account identifier Google gives us if you use "Continue with Google." We never see or store your Google password.
- Age confirmation. That you checked the 18+ box on the content-warning gate, and when.
- Your generations. Prompts you enter and the images/video you generate are stored in your account's gallery so you can come back to them.
- Technical logs. Network address, browser user agent, and request timestamps, kept for abuse prevention and debugging.
- Safety-filter logs. Every prompt is screened before generation. Blocked attempts in the illegal categories described in the Content Policy are logged against the account and network address that made them, same as stated there.
- Cookies. A waiver cookie (
dd_waiver) that remembers you cleared the 18+ gate, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. Both are functional, not tracking/advertising cookies.
How we use it
- Run your account: sign-in, your gallery, credits/balance.
- Generate what you ask for — your prompt (and any reference image you supply) is sent to the rendering infrastructure and, for cloud-only engines, to the third-party AI model provider that produces the result.
- Keep the platform inside the law: block and log the never-allowed categories in the Content Policy, and report the illegal ones (CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery) to the appropriate authority when required.
- Fix things when they break, and answer support requests.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data, and we don't hand it to advertisers. Data passes through a short list of infrastructure providers strictly to run the service:
- Google — only if you use Google Sign-In, to verify your identity.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of the site for DNS, edge delivery, and bot/abuse protection. Sees the same connection metadata any CDN would.
- Hosting & GPU compute providers — run the app server and the rendering hardware your generations actually run on.
- Third-party AI model providers — for engines that render in the cloud rather than locally, your prompt and any reference image are sent to that provider to produce the output. We don't control their infrastructure, only what we send them.
- Payment processor — if/when a paid feature is live, billing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor. CINEGORE never sees or stores your full card number.
Your content
What you generate is yours. It sits in your private gallery unless you choose to share or publish it somewhere public inside the platform. If you delete a generation, it's removed from the gallery; if a request involves a legal takedown (e.g. non-consensual intimate imagery of you), see the Report section of the Content Policy — those are handled within 48 hours.
Deleting your data
Email cinegorestudio@gmail.com from your account address to request account deletion. We remove your account, gallery, and stored generations, minus anything we're legally required to retain (e.g. safety-filter logs tied to an illegal-content attempt, which are kept per the Content Policy regardless of account status).
Children's privacy
CINEGORE is an adults-only, 18+ studio. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to a minor are removed along with any associated data. See the Content Policy for the full age-and-content rules.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will change too. Continuing to use CINEGORE after an update means you accept the current version.
